Water Purification

These purifiers are free standing for kitchen or counter top (double or single units) or under counter (double or single units) that are fitted in a cupboard under the sink. All purifiers have the necessary fittings, accessories and replaceable cartridges for DIY installation. Cartridges supplied with these purifiers are carbon or KDF/carbon combination needs.

CARBON removes a host of contaminants including chlorine, pesticides, etc. it will also improve the taste of any beverages (tea, coffee, juice) made from water.

KDF removes heavy metals, amongst other contaminates and will increase the life of the carbon in the purifier. KDF is also bacteriostatic.

Vast amounts of documentation in regard to a healthy lifestyle and the drinking of tap water is available to the consumer. Why take chances with your health?

Ultraviolet Water Steriliser and Purifier

These purifiers are designed to remove contaminants from water as well as sterilise it. This is a two part system, whereby the water is pre-filtered to remove sediment rust etc. Thereafter water enters the second chamber which removes chlorine and other contaminants.

Water then passes an ultraviolet germicidal lamp housed in a high quality quartz sleeve in the middle of second chamber, destroying 99% of the disease causing bacteria present, including: e-coli and cholera. A comprehensive list of the bacteria destroyed is available.

This type of technology is not new and is well documented.

Anti-Bacterial Ultraviolet Water Purification Systems

Reverse Osmosis Purification System

This type of system produces the purest form of water available, removing 99% of all contaminants from water, leaving behind almost only water molecules. Water is first pre-filtered in these systems.

These Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems have a multi stage pre-filtration system, after which the water then passes through a membrane rejecting all contaminants including bacteria. The purified water is then stored in a pressurized tank for later use. These systems produce relatively small amounts of ultra pure water (from around 150 litres per day and upwards) due to their high rejection percentage of dissolved minerals contaminants found in water, in comparison to normal filters

These Reverse Omsosis systems are normally used for portable drinking purposes, but are also in hospitals laboratories and industry where the purest of water is required. Reverse Osmosis systems are available in different configurations to suit individiual needs. Some systems have booster pumps for areas with low water pressure. Other systems have different pre-filtration cartridges to suit local water conditions etc. Your local dealer will advise you.
